FAQ Categories

FAQ Categories are used to organise FAQs into logical groups on the FAQs page. Each category has a title, description, icon, and an ordered list of FAQs that belong to it.

How Categories Work

Each FAQ Category groups related FAQs together and displays them as a section on the FAQs page. The category title and description are shown at the top of each section, and the associated FAQs are listed underneath.

Categories are ordered on the page using the Sort Order field — lower numbers appear first.
