FAQs Page

The FAQs Page is a Single Type in the Hurco Backoffice used to control the top-level content of the FAQs page on the website. It contains the page title, introductory description, featured (common) questions, and a call-to-action banner.

The individual FAQ entries and categories are managed separately — see FAQs and FAQ Categories.


Field Descriptions

1. Title The main heading displayed at the top of the FAQs page (e.g. "Frequently Asked Questions"). This is the first thing visitors see when they land on the page.

2. Description A short introductory paragraph shown below the page title. Use this to give visitors context about what they can find on the page.

3. Common Questions A selection of FAQs that are featured prominently at the top of the page, above the category sections. Use this to highlight the most frequently asked or most important questions.

4. CTA Banner A call-to-action banner displayed at the bottom of the FAQs page. This is typically used to direct visitors to contact support, request a demo, or take another relevant action.


Editing the FAQs Page

1. Access the Content Manager

Open the Strapi Backoffice and navigate to the Content Manager.

2. Click "FAQs Page"

Select FAQs Page from the single types list in the left sidebar.

3. Update the fields

Edit the title, description, common questions, or CTA Banner as needed.

4. Click "Publish" or "Save"

Choose Publish to apply the changes to the live website, or Save to keep them as a draft.

The FAQs Page is a Single Type — there is only one instance of it. You cannot create or delete it, only edit its content.
